A results focused Business Adviser with broad experience and proven success in the start-up and transformation of SMEs, utility, telecommunications and government enterprises. My expertise in performance improvement and change management has been gained both in the UK and overseas through over twenty-five years of business management. I have an ability to understand business issues from all perspectives, which enables me to identify and implement appropriate solutions to deliver real and sustainable business performance improvement.
